Un arresto puede ser una experiencia aterradora para cualquier persona. Sin embargo es importante mantener la calma y actuar de manera inteligente.<\/p>

Sin embargo, es muy com\u00fan que cuando una persona est\u00e1 siendo acusada de un delito o est\u00e1 siendo arrestada los polic\u00edas lo intimiden para sacar informaci\u00f3n, o con la misma confusi\u00f3n y el miedo del momento llegar a decir algo por accidente que no est\u00e1 en su inter\u00e9s. Por eso es recomendable siempre guardar silencio, aun as\u00ed sea inocente, los oficiales pueden tomar una declaraci\u00f3n y usarla en su contra.<\/p>

De igual manera usted tiene el derecho a rehusarse a cualquier cateo ya sea de su vivienda, de su veh\u00edculo o de su persona (una prueba de sangre o de aliento por ejemplo).
